At our public universities, including UTS, there is no formal or legislated process for staff to express confidence in university leadership.

This poll has provided the only available public, collective indication of staff sentiment regarding confidence in the Vice-Chancellor.

Among several outcomes, we hope one can be NSW university governance reform and the creation of transparent and proper accountability mechanisms at our public universities.
